Transfers

A movement of balance between two members of the same owner. asset, amount, sender_id and recipient_id are all required.

The transfer body has no client-id field, and no idempotency mechanism is documented — a repeated request is a second transfer. Record the id you get back and use the sender/recipient filters to check before retrying.
