A rule attached to a member and a network: what arrives on dchain_from is converted into asset_to.

The rule comes back with its deposit address nested inside. That address belongs to the pair member + source network rather than to one account, which is why its account_id is always null — unlike an address created through Create Deposit Address, where the account is known.
